ID Proof Required

A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for every guest at check-in, as required by property owners and local regulations.

Check-in / Check-out

Standard check-in is from 1:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Since cottages are private units, early or late timing depends on the next booking.

Advance Booking

Cottages are limited in number and get booked quickly on weekends and holidays. An advance payment is required to hold your dates.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by cottage owner and season. Peak-season and long-weekend bookings may carry stricter or non-refundable terms.

No Outside Visitors

Cottages are booked for the confirmed number of guests only. Outside visitors or day guests are not permitted without prior approval.

Quiet Hours & Bonfire Safety

Since cottages sit close to tea estates and forest edges, quiet hours apply after 10:00 PM. Bonfires must be supervised and fully extinguished before sleeping.

Pet Policy
